Abstract
The YBa2Cu3O7-s structure has been fluorinated by a gas phase exchange technique. The 19F NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) spin-lattice relaxation rate (1/T1) measurements on a fluorinated sample gave a superconducting energy gap of 2Δ=4.6kTc
